Opis szkolenia: This course will provide you with insights on how to conduct effective Risk management in your organization based on real-life examples, broad professional expertise and experience. There will be a deep dive into the top risk-related best practices, effective methods and solutions which you may implement and successfully practice in your company.

Risks are events or potential events that could negatively influence the achievement of the organization’s objectives. In line witch ACFE Report to the Nations* organizations lose up to 5% of annual revenue due to risks of fraud and other operational risks. Implementing effective risk management includes protecting of assets, profits, processes and ensuring organizational longevity.

This course is a practical guidance focusing on the most relevant risk management tools and techniques, including psychological factors as well as building relationship with key stakeholders in the organization to achieve mutually beneficial cooperation. 

Effective Risk management framework should be tailored to the organization’s unique situation, that’s why a number of approaches to manage risk will be presented during the course in order for you to pick the most suitable one for your organization depending on the stage of company lifecycle, the level of business processes’ maturity, company structure and risk appetite.

Cena szkolenia obejmuje:

Przygotowanie i przeprowadzenie szkolenia, materiały szkoleniowe oraz certyfikat ukończenia szkolenia, czyli certyfikaty CPE (Continuing Professional Education) uznawanych na całym świecie w zakresie raportowania wyników doskonalenia zawodowego dla posiadaczy certyfikatów CIA, CGAP, CCSA, CRMA oraz CFSA.

 

Za udział w szkoleniu uczestnicy otrzymają 14 godzin CPE.

IIA Polska zastrzega sobie prawo do odwołania szkolenia, jeżeli nie zbierze się minimalna grupa uczestników.
