This year, IIA Poland joined the survey initiated by IIA Lithuania.

In 2019, the Lithuanian Association of Internal Auditors initiated a survey in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia, aiming to create a portrait of the internal audit professional. The survey analyzed remuneration level, its dependence on various factors, and differences between internal audit professionals within the Baltic countries. After five years, they are back with a new survey!

The purpose of the survey is aim to assess how the internal audit profession has changed over this period: what are the current remuneration trends, how have certification and qualification levels changed, in which sectors this professional function and activity is relevant and widespread, and what differences are observed between neighboring countries.

So, we invite you to participate in the survey, which is approximately 15 minutes long and consists of both closed and open questions that allow you to express your opinion in more detail. Your answers will be anonymous and will only be used to analyze and present the summarized results.
